OVERVIEW
SCC’s story began in the 1970s, when founder Soon Tian Ong traded under the Swang Chai Chuan name in Kuantan. The business was established as a sole proprietorship in 1982 and grew its sales and distribution presence across Peninsular Malaysia.
In March 1995, Swang Chai Chuan Sdn. Bhd. (SCCSB), the Group’s principal subsidiary, was incorporated to carry the business forward, focusing on food and beverage distribution.
Today, practical market knowledge, close collaboration and customer relationships continue to shape the Group’s approach.
